Terms & Conditions:

1. All parking is available for hotel guests only on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Hotel guests include in-house staying guests, F&B walk-in guests, and function attendees.
3. In-house guests are entitled to complimentary first entry for Mechanical Parking only. Subsequent entries will be charged per entry during their stay.
4. F&B guests are entitled to complimentary parking for one vehicle with every RM150 spent at our dining venues. (Except Premium Parking)
5. The Automated Mechanical Car Park can only accommodate vehicles under 2 metres tall, 5.4 metres long, 2.2 metres wide, and weighing up to 2.3 tonnes.
6. Guests are required to drop off all passengers, luggage, and valuables at the main entrance before proceeding to the car park.
7. Please follow all instructions provided when parking. Any damages caused to the parking structure will result in a fine.
8. Please validate and make payment at the Reception Counter before collecting your vehicle.
9. Vehicle retrieval from the parking structure during peak periods will take some time. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
10. Park at your own risk. The management accepts no liability for any loss or damage caused to any vehicle or its contents.
11. Usage of the parking will automatically constitute an agreement to the terms and conditions.
12. The management reserves the right to change or update the usage terms and conditions without prior notice.
